Clarity

This is amazing! But there are somethings you could improve a bit on. First thing, try making the neck a bit smaller, If your trying to draw anime, its highly recommended, next is the stone shes sitting on. Try to make it more 3D like and add more shading to the front. Lastly, try using a bit of blur, so the shading looks a bit more realistic. But over all, this is quite the art, If i do say so myself!
